Visas
Citizens of some countries are required to hold a valid visa to enter Armenia. The process to obtain one is quick and simple and can be done online.

If you are required to obtain a visa, you may apply for an E-visa here. You may also obtain a visa upon arrival at the airport in Yerevan, however we strongly recommend that you take care of it beforehand to avoid any delays.
Arrival/Departure
There will be shuttles to bring participants to/from the Yerevan Airport on arrival and departure days. Please forward us your flight information once you have it. If you are arriving/leaving on days other than July 8 and 28, alternate arrangements will be made.
Instrument Rentals
Cellists and bassists can rent an instrument for the duration of their stay for a fee of $150. You must notify us in advance if you would like to take advantage of this. All students must bring their own bows.
Concert Dress
Please bring formal performance attire as well as concert blacks.
